Well, I followed your link, got to the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" Page where it said there was one software update available, but when I went to install it, it said it failed. Make sure all the Logitech drivers are up to date including SetPoint/Options & Unifying software. On an interesting turn of events, I just restarted my computer and pressed F8 (I heard that starting it in Safe Mode could help), and while it didn't bring me to an option to run in safe mode, it did bring me to a weird screen that I'm not even sure how to describe and I can't printscreen it (there were options about "quiet" and "standard" and "turbo" or something?), but my mouse was working then!
